SPORTS WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

Youth explore paid and professional roles throughout the sports industry, including officiating, game-day operations, event staffing, and sports broadcasting.

MENTORING

Trusted adults help participants strengthen confidence, decision-making, goal-setting, academic progress, and preparation for life after high school.

CURRENT PROGRAM LOCATION

ART NFP currently facilitates programming through the Maywood Park District in Maywood, Illinois. We plan to establish a permanent innovation, wellness, and performance facility by 2028.
